MICROCAT®-HX is formulated for application in biological wastewater treating plants receiving industrial wastes. These plants, whether municipal or industrial, accept a wide range of organic chemicals, some of which are toxic and/or difficult to degrade. Such chemicals tend to pass through the system and/or cause system upsets resulting in poor effluent quality and increased cost of operations.

MICROCAT®-HX is formulated specifically for use by the chemical, petroleum refining, primary metals, textile, and related industries and for use in municipal plants receiving wastes produced by these industries.

OPTIMAL APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

In general, MICROCAT-HX is applied directly to the aeration zone of the waste treatment plant. Application programs range from about 3,6 Kg per 1000 m³/day per day for upset recovery to 0.12 Kg per 1000 m³/day per day for preventive maintenance.
