This automated cartridge delivery system contains a water based suspension of preselected, adapted microorganisms used to treat fats, oils, and greases (FOG) in drain lines of food service establishments.

ARCS is designed for the use in commercial kitchen drains to remove and prevent build-up of FOG and increase the flow of used water while eliminating the need for the use of harsh chemicals. ARCS also reduces the need for hydro-jetting.

The contents of each cartridge, when injected using the automated dispenser, treats drains receiving the waste generated by up to 750 meals per day.

Each dosing system (cartridge and dispenser) is programmable, but it is typically set up for a 30-day release schedule.
