Inorganic deposition remover agent

USES:
For equipment containing galvanic metals (eg heat exchangers, evaporator condensers, air washes, refrigeration equipment, etc.) for removing water-generated deposits.

APPLICATION:

1. Estimate all the amount of water to be treated.
2. Pour the C540G into the appliance with a weight of 5% and measure the pH value (eg, for 10 liters of tap water, 0.5 kg of C540G)
3. Rotate the water on both sides of the heat exchanger for 20-20 minutes
4. Measure the pH value (with AD12 or other digital pH meter)
5. If the pH value has increased by more than 1.5-2 pH or no more than an hour has elapsed, apply a new solution.
6. If you have not yet increased pH 1.5 to pH 2 or you are still growing, continue your treatment.
7. Repeat the treatment until the pH value of the fresh solution measured at point 2 is significantly increased.

DOSAGE:
Prepare an aqueous solution of DINACLEAN C540G P before adding to the equipment to be cleaned. Adjust the concentration of the prepared solution depending on the amount of accumulation deposits, but a minimum concentration of 5% is required to guarantee the corrosion inhibiting effect of the chemical.
