The DINAFLOW SI-3 F antifouling agent is very effective in preventing descaling and silicate compounds in the treated water.

Can be used in industrial water systems, in refrigeration circuits. Yellow, translucent, liquid material.
According to the measurements of the silicone anti-abrasion properties of the agent, it works efficiently to 240 ppm of silicate concentration, which is above its water quality depends on its effectiveness.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
In reverse osmosis systems and changes in ambient conditions (temperature, pressure) in industrial water systems, some mineral solubility decreases, therefore the solids present in the dissolved form precipitate and precipitate on contact surfaces. In membrane separation processes, this causes considerable problems, since the precipitates reduce the permeability of the membrane. These deposits can often not be removed by chemical treatment. DinaFlow SI-3 F prevents grain formation in treated water, thus protecting the membrane and its associated surfaces from limescale and silica excreta and increasing their lifetime.

ADVANTAGES:
-Effectively prevents silica, calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate and strontium sulfate from being excreted.
- Compatible with all types of RO membranes.
- Protects the membrane surface by preventing the formation of particles, while in other systems the surface of the equipment and water pipes.

- Good tolerance to aluminum and iron oxides.

APPLICATION, DOSAGE:
- It can be added diluated or concentrated.  Dilution up to 10% RO with water or soft water is recommended.
- Prior to the static mixer, add it to crude water prior to any pretreatment device or apparatus.
- The dosing is carried out continuously with an amount proportional chemical dosing pump. (eg NAVIDOS)
- Dosage volume: 3-6 mg / l (maximum amount 10 mg / l).
- The dosage can be monitored by monitoring the loss of chemicals.
