The types of pool and jacuzzi filter cartridges are varied, so we do not keep them in stock.

We only provide them by order.

The order process is the following:

1. The buyer sends or brings us the sample of the filter (usually used) to the shop. We do not accept orders by phone or by picture, only by sample!

2. When submitting the sample, you will have to pay an administrative fee of 3100 HUF.
(This cost is payable regardless of the order.)

The administrative cost consists of:

- sending the sample to the manufacturer

- returning the sample and the ordered goods to our company.

3. On the basis of the sample, we receive feedback from the manufacturer - on price and performance.

4. On this basis, the customer will be notified by phone or e-mail.

5. If the price is right for the buyer, we will charge you a fee for the quantity ordered and the possibly for the delivery too. This amount will be transfered to us by the buyer.

6. Once this is done, the product will be ordered.

Filter cartridges can only be purchased with prepayment !!

Expected time for administration: 5 business days from the order.

During the summer season (June to September), the lead time may be longer.
