We can test the imported water sample in the following time:
Monday - Thursday: 9⁰⁰ - 12⁰⁰

The required sample quantity is at least 1 dl. After thoroughly washing the sample, we recommend taking it into the bottle of mineral water that has been rinsed with the sample. The maximum storage time of the sample (from sampling to testing) is 24 hours, but it is advisable to take the water sample immediately before leaving for our store and store it refrigerated - for reliable results.

For drinking water:
An important baseline for the dimensioning of the water softening system is the determination of the total hardness of the water to be treated. It is also possible to do this in an informative manner in our shop.
If you want to determine the hardness of your water we recommend the following tester:

For basin water:
In pools with medium and high hardness (above 10 °C), water balance can be calculated on the surface of the pool, in related equipment and wires when water balance is overturned. To some degree, the salts causing scale scaling may be bound with Dinax Metal Magic F fluid, it may be worth measuring the total hardness of the filling water to determine the amount to be dosed.

If the hardness of the filling water used for the pool is high, it is recommended that you fill the pool with partially soft water, call a specialist or take DLK hand water softener.

For all-hardness measurements, it is advisable to add accelerated water balance measurements for comprehensive treatment.
