We can test the imported water sample in the following time:
Monday - Thursday: 9⁰⁰ - 12⁰⁰
 

The required sample quantity is at least 1 dl. After thoroughly washing the sample, we recommend taking it into the bottle of mineral water that has been rinsed with the sample. The maximum storage time of the sample (from sampling to testing) is 24 hours, but it is advisable to take the water sample immediately before leaving for our store and store it refrigerated - for reliable results.

When using chlorine tablets or granules (Stable Chlorine T, Blue Super Tabs T, Algae Sokk P, Algae Sokk WP), the cyanuric acid content in the pool water over time is overwhelming, which can cause significant problems above the 50 mg/l concentration: chlorinated water, thus reducing the effect of the disinfectant.

The free chlorine chlorine class also contains chlorine bound by cyanuric acid, but in fact only a small amount of chlorine can be obtained from the resulting value, which can be disinfected.

If you experience algae with an appropriate pH and an optimum free active chlorine level, you may be suspected of being enriched with the amount of cyanuric acid in the pool water, so the disinfectant can not get the proper effect.
Depending on the value of the cyanuric acid content, partial or complete water change is recommended.
