The required sample quantity is at least 3 dl. After thoroughly washing the sample, we recommend taking it into the bottle of mineral water that has been rinsed with the sample. The maximum storage time of the sample (from sampling to testing) is 24 hours, but it is advisable to take the water sample immediately before leaving for our store and store it refrigerated - for reliable results.

In the following cases, we recommend if:

- limescale can be seen from the water
- corrosion is observed on metal surfaces
- the water "eats" the fugue
- it is difficult to adjust the pH (the recommended amount of agent does not change it)
- the pH is too labile (the recommended amount of agent changes it excessively)
