The required sample volume is at least 0.5 liters. We recommend taking the sample in a clean, non-carbonated mineral water bottle that has been rinsed several times with the sample, filled to the brim.

The maximum storage time of the sample (from sampling to testing) is 24 hours, but it is advisable to take the water sample immediately before leaving for our store and store it refrigerated - for reliable results.

Please deliver the water samples to the store by 12:00 every Wednesday.
